Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable. A booking forms a contract between you (the person making the booking) and Caledonian Highview Limited t/a Torvean Caravan Park hereafter referred to as “Torvean” , “we” and “us”.
We agree to hold the Pitch for the agreed days for the number of people in your group in your original booking, and you (the person making the booking) agree to pay for the accommodation as requested. We would therefore, recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance in case of cancellation.
Please note: any persons who are subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 may not use our campsite.
1. DEPOSIT: of one night’s stay must be made when the booking is made. PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE
2. Phone bookings will remain firm provided we receive initial payment at time of booking.
3. All bookings commence after 1pm (subject to unavoidable delays) on date of arrival and terminate at 11.30am on date of departure. Arrivals after 10.00pm will not be permitted onto site.
4. A Maximum of 6 persons per pitch are allowed per pitch with all persons over 2 being chargeable as per the current tariff.
5. “We” reserve the right to re-let the Pitch if the person named on the booking form and their party has not taken up residence by 12 noon the morning after the start date of the holiday unless notified to the contrary. It will be deemed that the booking is cancelled and all monies forfeited.
6. No tents or pop ups are permitted.
7. The Touring Pitch must be left in a clean and tidy condition and the hirer will make good before departure.
8. Young parties of all males/females or combination of both are only accepted at management discretion. No stag/hen parties will be permitted.
9. Due to clerical work involved any alteration or amendment requested by the client after the initial booking may be subject to an alteration fee of £25.00. This fee should be paid with the revised booking.
10. “We” reserve the right to refuse any booking application.
11. For the comfort of guests we reserve the right to terminate the party’s holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons or dogs in the holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of guests or members of our staff.
12. “We” shall not be liable in the event that accommodation or advertised facilities or amenities are not available due to circumstances beyond our control.
13. It may be necessary at the beginning or end of the season to amend or withdraw certain facilities according to demand. Accordingly we reserve the right to alter or withdraw amenities or facilities either advertised or previously available without prior notice.
14. Two well behaved DOGS (additional charge applies) are allowed but must be kept on a lead at all times and should not to be left alone at any time. Any mess should be cleared and disposed of responsibly. Dogs should be walked outside of the caravan park.
15. “We” should like to draw you attention to the 5mph speed limit within the site.
16. NO skateboarding allowed on the park
17. Parents are responsible for their children at all times and children should never be left unaccompanied.
18. Car parking space for your reserved pitch must have a disclosed car registration number together with any additional car registration numbers staying on the same numbered Pitch.
19. Site is only permitted to be used for holiday purposes.
20. Please respect fellow campers at all times especially at NIGHT. No noise after 10.00pm.
21. As we are only a small site we respectfully ask that any visitors to your pitch during day-time hours report to reception.
22. For the comfort and privacy of other park users we allow a maximum of 4 additional visitors per pitch per day, and any visitors must vacate the site by 10pm. We reserve the right to ask additional visitors to leave should there be an increase in noise or disturbance to other park users.
23. We cannot accept any responsibility for personal injury to customers or inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property – however caused.
24. NO SMOKING is permitted in any communal area.
25. All bookings must be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 years of age.
26. We reserve the right to evict anyone with no monies refunded, for not complying with site rules.

Conditions of Hire
1.DEPOSIT: A £125 non-refundable deposit will be taken when the booking is made. The balancing payment is to be made 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment in full will be made where booking is made within 4 weeks of the arrival date. PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE
2. If payment is not received by the appointed date we are entitled to assume you no longer require the lodge which may then be re-let without further notice. If we are unable to re-let, the hirer is liable for the balance of the hire fee.
3. Phone bookings will remain firm provided we receive your initial payment and subsequent balance. No reservation will exist until an acknowledgement and acceptance has been received by the hirer.
4. All bookings commence at 4.00pm (subject to unavoidable delays) on date of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on date of departure.
5. “We” reserve the right to re-let a lodge if the prospective tenant and his party have not taken up residence by 10am the morning after the start date of the holiday unless notified to the contrary. It will be deemed that the booking is cancelled and all monies forfeited.
6. The lodge must be left in a clean and tidy condition and the hirer will make good or pay for any furniture, fixtures and equipment which may be broken, lost or damaged during occupation of the lodge.
7. Young parties of all males/females or combination of both are subject to management discretion at time of booking. No stag/hen parties will be permitted.
8. Due to clerical work involved any alteration or amendment requested by the client after the initial may be subject to an alteration fee of £25.00. This fee should be paid with the revised booking.

13. “We” reserve the right to reduce the price of holiday homes at any time to make special offers available.
14. Car parking space for your reserved lodge must have a disclosed registration number together with any additional car registration numbers staying in the same numbered lodge.
15. STRICTLY NO SMOKING, DOGS or PETS allowed in the lodges, unless staying on one of our pet friendly lodges.
16. We should like to draw you attention to the 5mph speed limit within the site.
17. No Tents, Pop-ups or Campervans are allowed as extra accommodation alongside your lodge. You must book in with the Touring Field.
18. NO skateboarding allowed on the park.
19. NO Supermarket home deliveries allowed on the site.
20. Parents are responsible for their children at all times and must not be left unaccompanied
21. All booking must be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 years of age.
22. Please respect fellow guests in lodges at all times especially at NIGHT.

25. On arrival should a guest have any problem with their accommodation please report to the office either in person or via email or by telephone.
26. Please note NONE of the lodges have wheelchair access.
27. No more than 4 adults are permitted to occupy the lodges.
